I thought everybody knew what I did by now. Im a Water/Wastewater Operator for the City of Fairfield. Also over the facilities at the Boyd Unit Prison. Beautiful place really and tons of deer. Crop plantings keep them well fed. Seen foxes, no cats though.

Good question, TDCJ would have to answer that. Some Units have their own peeps and I know of Units that the offenders have licensed up and they operate em.

25 years ago they contracted us to do it. Dunno why. Bout to expire and they want us to re-up too.
