I was shooting some Ruger no. 1 45-70 level rounds and I was lending into the side a bench. About 9 rounds into it talk about side pain I knew it was ribs, Becuase I’ve popped a rib out while lifting weights.

Sure enough the doc said son you’ve bruised your ribs on the left side.
