Had some time to kill in San Marcos and hit up all the pawn shops. It's a college town so my expectations were low. Turns out, they weren't low enough. More often than not I'm seeing pawn shops selling new firearms at +MSRP with a couple marked up used crappers. I'll give credit to my local pawn/FFL, they are decent, but as a whole, the pickings around here are slim. I can count on a couple fingers how many used guns I've bought from brick and mortars around here. I'm still waiting on those unicorns some of you are able to find.

I’ve been jonesing for a Remington Model 8 or 81, because I love reciprocating barrel browning guns. Probably wouldn’t shoot it much though, no real use for it other than to have another one of John Browning’s designs in the collection.
