    So, a 64 year old man two streets over shot and killed an 18 year old breaking into his house, at about 6am this morning.

    Supposedly, the CSI crew took the pistol he used, and the other guns locked in his safe.

    Is this normal?
    I always thought it was just the weapon used.


    Looking for anything he could be charged with...man who owns gun = bad........

    I would think the same, only the weapon used. I guess that's the Montgomery county sheriff's office?

    The bit about the guns was told to my GF, by the woman living across the street from the individual.
    She was outside with the mans wife, and said that is what she witnessed.
    About time to do the same thing to save our Republic that was done to institute it ...
