    Had a good storm from 6-7 and it then passed but there's another line of storms on the way. No strong winds just a lot of rain and some thunder.


    Hope you Houston area people don't get hit again with the power outages and flooding.
    Me too. Don't like to leave the house unattended during outages unless it would be life threatening to stick around. Of course in Harris County it's always life threatening to stay around, even WITH power, due to thuggery and no justice system for violent crime. During the last event 2 weeks ago was without city electric for 4 days. Had 2 small generators that put out enough for lamps. fans, fridge, and washing machine. Not nearly enough for A/C or clothes dryer. I feel like a wimp for being so easily inconvenienced without modern amenities. Never even fazed a person until very recently in human history.
