Sometime last night Siri suddenly quit reading the weather update that it would do yesterday without insisting on unlocking the phone, and has done so flawlessly for sometime.
<and yes, I'm very familiar with the settings allowing Siri to respond on a locked iphone>
The OS was updated the day 13.2.2 came out a few days ago, and nothing has been changed in settings in the interim.
This tells me something was done on the server side of whatever the hell it is Siri runs on?
Getting damned tired of Apple's idiot third world programmers, clueless GUI changes that favor the selfie/instagram generation, and non intuitive, undocumented downgrades.
Steve Jobs, despite the asshole you were, your concept "that it just work!" is sorely missed ...

What a day!
Started chasing in Ridge Tx, chase to Marquez, then on to Jewett. It stopped in Jewett with trade days goin on there was around 3-4000 people there. Saw it cross the highway in Buffalo, up through Oakwood and chased on up to Palestine. One more vid to post of it running through Oakwood. Download later
Having some dinner at Chips Burger Village now.
