If a new york judge can declare that the 2nd Amendentment doesn't exist there, it should be no problem for a Texas judge to declare Federal laws on illegals don't exist in Texas.

I guess this means that the 14th Amendment does not apply to blacks in New York. So, the “judge” has no civil or voting rights nor can she legally hold her position.
