Those seekins rifles shoot dang good. I have several friends who have them in various calibers and all are hammers.

Check the Alamo Precision lineup. They've got some super-light carbon fiber stock/barrel combos that are amazing for back country hunting

Someone explain to me why, although they offer these rifles in 15 (!) different calibers, they don't build 'em in .308. I don't get it.
Because the followers believe the latest and greatest cartridge going is the all Mighty 6.5 Creedmoor.
It’s the new 308. Well for a while anyway.

Ended up with a seekins havak ph2 in 300 win mag. Gonna top it off with a Leupold vx6hd

I have a couple of those Leupolds and they are awesome. I put LPVO's on everything I can get away with. I would say, however - and forgive my unsolicited opinion - but X 6 doesn't seem like quite enough magnification for .300 Win Mag.
