Got a five pound pork loin that I plan on smoking tomorrow, but I want to give it a little extra flavor besides the hickory chips that'll be going into the smoker with it.

Can anyone suggest a good marinade recipe that'll go good with this?

Wright's Steakhouse thick cut bacon, double wrap and cook as usual. John Henry Pecan, Apple, Jalapeno, Sugar Maple, or Pecan, really any of the John Henry rubs are good. I have done a brown sugar and maple syrup as well as a salt water soak. They're pretty much impossible to screw up unless you cook them to hot or fast.
