See...this is why I wish that we had "smart" bullets that when fired negligently would strike the person who was negligent. This is also a perfect example of a lack of personal responsibility. You want to bring a gun to work because of a recent robbery, cool. Having no friggen clue about the safe handling of a firearm as demonstrated by keeping a REVOLVER COCKED and LOADED makes you not only a fucktard, but the poster child for the anti-s on top of demonstrating a compete lack of personal responsibility.

Restaurant Worker Accidentally Shot in Bathroom

Dammit, what's with all these ADs lately?!?

The manager of a West Side Italian restaurant accidentally fired a handgun while counting money Monday night and shot a coworker through a bathroom wall, San Antonio police said.

The gun was brought to work after a break-in Thursday night at La Sorrentina, located in the 3300 block of Culebra Road, said manager Carlos Sepulveda.

“There has been a lot of odd activity during closing, and at the risk of anything happening at the restaurant, we had a gun here,” Sepulveda said. “But unfortunately, something did happen anyway.”

Sepulveda took the loaded, cocked revolver out of the cashbox to count money around 11:20 p.m. Monday, and accidentally fired it when he put it down, according to an SAPD incident report. The bullet went through drywall and struck coworker Christian Bilderback, 25, who was “standing using the restroom” and heard a loud bang, the report states.

“It was horrible,” Sepulveda said, “but it was all just an unfortunate accident.”

Police said Bilderback was shot in the thigh and was taken to University Hospital.

some people just need a license to live IMO... this guy is one. its kinda like all the army guys here having negligent discharges (ND) when the army is supposed to teach weapon safety, muzzle awareness, and weapon immersion. the only time my weapon has ever been loaded is at the firing range when stateside. got to Iraq and started loading outside the wire. I still remember but guys keep having NDs in trucks, their chus, while clearing weapons etc. its just retarded.
