    Hard to say this but you don't have the right to keep her prognosis from her. She must be able to make her own decisions about further treatment. I know you think you are right but let her make her choices.
    Ooof…but I can see your point.

    If I think about what I would want to know/not know if it was me…I honestly can’t answer.

    But it sure hits me right in the feels just thinking about it.

    I have know several people whose spouse died of cancer. Went through all the chemo, radiation, etc. They later regretted having encouraged their spouse to go through the treatments. There was no quality of life in the added years. The treatments were hard on them. Sick, exhausted most of the time.

    She has the desire to live, the drive. If she knew that she could not win, despair may set in, and that will, that tenacity may cease.

    She wants to fight it, she wants to live and do things. That choice was hers alone, I just did not take away her hope.
