Moto GP is coming to Austin

This was originally written off as not happening, but apparently a compromise was found. Good news for us. Circuit of the Americas in Austin will be running the race.

I officially become an old man (kinda) within days of the race, I may for once celebrate a B-day

I SWEAR I can not watch this type racing on the tube without catching myself doing contortions in the chair leaning into the corners.
Same thing watching skaters on 1/2 pipes

I've always wondered why MotoGP or World Superbike races haven't caught on more in the U.S. If someone is the type that watches NASCAR for the wrecks, motorcycle racing would be gold.

(why do people have to put sucky music in these things?)

Very entertaining to watch. I wish I could see my accident from a 3rd person perspective. I also wish I would have been wearing their gear...

Yes, Circuit of the Americas already has it in the works for sanctioned track days open to the public.

Can't wait for MotoGP and V8 Supercars!!!
