    I know it wasn't just Eugene Stoner to blame, it was the whiz kids as well. He redeemed himself in re-developing the AR-10. And yes the Army was wrong to short-hand the training and equipment for that matter. I respect all those who love theirs and am not trying to convince them otherwise. Just stating my opinion. But I do appreciate the comment, there's a lot of folks who own and love their AR's and don't know what it took to put them in the place they are now.
