Sometimes even the truth is funny.
All kidding aside, @2 of my high school friends joined the Marines in 1965 and went to Nam.
Danny was KIA after only 12 days in country and Eddie was shot up so bad, we thought we
would lose him. Thank God, we didn't. As far as most Marines and Army vets are concerned
are like this.
