yes. Most drugs will break down. Some are very stable. Others are not. While I except the expiration date to be conservative, taking 10 year old antibiotics may not be a great idea.

Be careful. Some drugs like tetracycline (antibiotic) can become toxic as they degrade.

To my knowledge, not in a practicle way for personal use. Needs to be diluted far beyond what could use.

Yeah, the disinfection function seems more sustainable than Vodka, being powder or cake form and easier to stow. Especially once the liquor stores are all pilaged...
