Thanks. I use Proton currently and have used Hotspot, however I use them to masked my location rather then to hide what I am saying or sites I am visiting from .govs. Personally, I don't believe anything is full proof when it comes to the internet and privacy.

No, that's for sure. Far too many points of vulnerability. Then, you have the unscrupulous service providers. Back doors by communist country vendors. And go from there...

Forgot about that too. Funny, because just the other day I clicked on a news link here and got a message that it was not available due to my location...took me a second to realize I still had my proxy on coming out of Amsterdam.

Yeah I can’t access Auto Trader Classic thru PIA VPN on my devices, but I can access regular Auto Trader.

Proton uses TOR for one of their free US proxies. I find it a lot faster for some reason then going through TOR directly. That might be something Im doing, but it has been my experience.
