And that is what has happened each year.Don’t see why they would need the money. If the state comes out ahead through tax revenues earned and the race wouldn’t happen otherwise (net loss) I’m ok with it.

That's what i was thinking also. I want to know what the big wigs pay check is every year... maybe they need a pay decrees so they can pay me back my tax $$$
