What's up my brothers!!!

Doc wants me to add DIM to my regimen of E blockers.

She gave me a scrip for some Arimidex, but doesn't want me on it long-term.

Apparently, the Resveratrol I've been taking has lost its effectiveness. Don't know if it was a recipe change, bean counters (price jumped significantly last time i ordered), or if my body just doesn't like it.

Latest blood work showed my E levels higher than previous sample.

Kinda feels like I'm not even injecting.
