well i have apparently turned my family into fire arms enthusiasts lol they actually enjoy going shooting and putting lead downrange. we have friends of the family with land we go shoot at, but we are looking to buy our own. any one know of any areas that have decently priced land?? how much land would you guys say would be reasonable to be able to shoot without disturbing neighbors and such?? possibly even someone with land that would rent or lease land for weekend shooting? good places to look online?

You'll want a minimum of 10 acres that's NOT in a named subdivision. Talk w/your Realtor, and tell 'em specifically that you're wanting land you can shoot/hunt on.
