I am looking to buy ten (or so) 45 ACP cast bullets for testing in my 45-70. The idea is to paper patch them to the correct size (0.459) and test/chronograph these as light and plinking loads. I would prefer the lighter bullets but any weight would do. Sized or unsized, lubed or unlubed, anything would do. I was looking for collar button bullets online but pickings are slim.

I don't shoot 45 ACP so do not want to purchase in bulk online. If you cast or can part with some, I would love to buy some.

    .45-70 collar button bullets

Alternately, I have a box of 500 155 grain SWCs for the .45 ACP that I have no use for. They're Oregon Trail bullets, and are harder than woodpecker lips. Not sure if they would be suitable for paper patching or not.
    Thanks Nicholst55,

I did check this source earlier. It seems to be one man operation and people have mixed reviews, particularly on delivery times.
