go on youtube and look up a guy named nutnfancy. He has tons of knife reviews. He may be able to help you out. He has the best reviews of any I've ever seen. He is very experienced as you can tell by his videos.

The lone wolf paul perfecto damascus you like is available and there's some on ebay now. Pretty pricey but very nice. I have a plain steel one and enjoy it a lot.
