What aint cool is the lake level, as of yesterday 5.39 feet low. Local guys meet down at the marina twice a month & the last time I was there they were dredging the boat ramp. Looked like they had a stuck excavator with a second one pulling it out.

Back about 2014 or so, a partner and I looked at buying this place. Everytime of 4 or 5 meetings the lady would provide a different set of books for us.

Also, I remember there was no maps of the infrastructure of the RV spots, and there were 6 or 7 licenses to be maintained.

Do you know that if you sell bait, you have to buy it from a distributor? You cannot throw a new out and sell the minnows you catch.
