Is my barrel bad?

Bought this gun used shoots perfect but I noticed the end of the barell looks odd anyone know why?

looks kinda goofy, but noone is gonna make fun of your gun with the muzzle that close to their face.
i say if it shoots well, dont worryabout it.
if it aint broke...

some one did do a home made crown job. If your not shooting a rifle at long distances, dont worry with it. may want to touch it up with a bit of cold blue.
