When we lived up North I wore it quite a lot. But I run hot so used a suit coat as a winter coat. Problem was when I got to where I was going and would have to leave on the coat. Hotter than hell

All my holsters are leather but they're all for single actions except the 1911 and the S&W 4516 ... both require leather IMO. Would Sonny Crockett carry his smith in a Kydex holster? What about Patton and his 1911?

I tried for years to catch them when they were preparing for a new concert tour. They'd play small clubs as "Soft White Underbelly" instead of BOC. Never happened around me, dagnabit!

I don't think I've ever seen a revolver holster that wasn't leather.

I wouldn't want to see it! Some things should never see daylight.
