Well if you had high hopes for 2022 and taking back cfontrol of the House and Senate think again . How are we going to stop them from passing this.
That was the concern for a lot of voters, that is, 2020 would be the last free and fair elections in the U.S. if the Communists won. We are in the same position a lot of the eastern European countries were in about '47. The communists used the same tactics as the Nazis to when the elections and, once they did, began consolidating power to ensure only they would ever win elections again. There will never again be a fair and honest election in the Communist Country of The United States. States, counties, cities, and towns.
Lord, have mercy on us.
We The People I reckon! The Supreme Court was very helpful during the last election and even in hearing the state legislators case to them from PA,and Texas not to mention even when those legislators sent dueling electors to congress. Who is going to stop them.

We do what we can with what we have...We better do something fast before it is too late I wrote mcconnell several times and graham when he looked like he was agreeing with mitch. I wish I was younger to be more active, but it is hard to yell charge full speed ahead in a mobility scooter given to me by the VA.
I keep saying... and I'll say it again. If we're to pull out of this nosedive before we auger in it's going to have to be a State driven resurrection.Well you better come up with a plan

Sniff and Blow, their comrades in congress, and the puppetmasters controlling all of the above don't give 3/16 of a damn about law or Constitution. Ditto for federalism.Somebody help me out here. By n' large voting is a State function. What Federal rules/laws there are relative to voting are contained in the Constitution. Seems to me this would be two things HUGE Federal over-reach AND Constitutional amendments which would need to be ratified by the States. Right? Wrong?
With the full understanding that everything you just posted is speculation/opinion on your part. Not saying you're not 100% correct but I wouldn't exactly plan on the outcome/events taking place as you described. Here's the thing: statehood for DC and/or PR will seal the deal. And Congress won't be stopping that.

If legal action does rise to the level of SCOTUS, expect SCOTUS to not agree to hear it - at least until after midterm election results are known.
Operating under the assumption that SCOTUS themselves, have a desire to stay at nine Justices, they will not agree to hear any cases that would potentially anger the Democrats and lead to Democrats "packing the court" with three to five new liberal Justices.
IF the midterms should result in the Senate or House returning to Republican control, then SCOTUS will feel some semblance of balance has returned and would likely hear more controversial cases.
Those are ideas the left has been floating for a while, and the justices have developed a pattern of hiding under their benches hoping anything controversial goes away. With the full understanding that everything you just posted is speculation/opinion on your part. What I know is every time those dumbass dimms bend and contort the law to suit their immediate goals, someway or 'nuther it eventually ends up biting the squarely on the ass! Those are ideas the left has been floating for a while, and the justices have developed a pattern of hiding under their benches hoping anything controversial goes away.

No argument. When traversing uncharted territory you have to be ready for anything in a very broad range.Oh... for sure they want to do those things there is a chance that at some point the dimm party leaves a couple of setting Senators to the point they simply will no longer toe the party line. That too could happen!
