    I’ve been in the auto industry for quite a long time, and I’ve never come close to an actual IDing Power creation. They’re the stuff of legend.

    Really cool vid looking into what they do and how they came into being.

    I’ve said this many times…I’d be a fucking phenomenal rich guy :laughing:

    Very cool. I'd never heard of IDing before.
    There are some aspects of Japanese culture that really speak to me.

    Workshops with an old dude who has done only one thing for decades, staying true to his humble beginnings while gaining immense popularity, resonates with me.

    Or you go to a ramen place, and the guy making it owns the place and has had no other job for 60 years…it’s the only thing he knows and he’s very good at it.

    Or this guy…he’s the president of the company, and he’s the only employee, making 144 million screws a year

    I suspect there's more there than Japanese culture. I appreciate small companies doing exceptional work in small markets.
