I want to go fishing!

I'm looking for a place to fish.

Anybody know of (or have access to) one of the many small Core of Engineers lakes around the Austin - San Antonio area? They are absolutely everywhere. What about somebody with a large stock tank?

I practice "no footprint" catch and release fishing. I just love the peace of it all. Nothing else I have ever found takes you away from it all like a morning of fishing.

Shore mostly since most are pretty small. Jon boat access maybe. I'm really open.

Buchanan Lake -you could wet yer line around Paradise Point , Hi Line , LCRA's Black Rock Park. At this time lake is only 67% full
thanks to the LCRA, but then it's never been a constant level lake.

I appreciate the reply but I've fished all of the local lakes by boat for years. I was really looking for a serene private lake or stock pond to peacefully fish on... even if it was more fishing than catching.
