I Have an Addiction!

BB only sells Peaches & Vanillla and Blackberry Cobbler ice cream for a month and a half. So I am stockpiling both in my deep freeze. Come November and December I am going to be thanking me for doing that.

I would have done about anything for one of those last December.

So when are they going to make Triple Chocolate again?

It's not really a weight issue. I'm 6'2" and weighed 160 on the scales yesterday. Ten years ago I weighed around 215 but I worked out in the school gym every day. I'm just an old fart now.

Dude you need a gallon a day. It gets windy around Texas and are in serious danger of needing ruby slippers.

I'm not sure if I need help or not but I'm addicted to ice cream. I eat at least one gallon per week, sometimes more. I love it. Is it bad for my health?
And I drink beer several times a week.

I was just discussing ice cream addictions with deemus a couple days ago. My idea of a good ice cream is a micky D soft serve (I tell them “ don’t be skimpy make me a fat one!). Or a vanilla shake or chocolate malt. One of the rewards of managing diabetes and healthy eating is treating myself.

If you don't have a cholesterol problem I wouldn't worry about it at your present height and weight. I am not a Doctor though.....
