These idiots obviously lived in a fairy tale in their minds. 1. Don't commit crimes in other countries - they most certainly won't be as pussified as US authorities. 2. Especially don't commit crimes in areas where drug cartels or organized crime families are known to operate, because chances are the crime you're committing is against the cartels - they don't take kindly to that shit and saying "oopsies, my bad" is probably going to be written as your last words IF you're lucky enough to get a head stone.

I don't feel bad for any of these idiots, I do sorta feel bad for their families who may not have been quite as retarded.
