I’ve only seen one forecaster speak about Hurricane Milton hitting Mexico. They’re saying complete destruction in the area in red below. We need to add them to our prayers as well

I agree that it will be terrible....... and very sad for the affected. But.........there is a pretty good reason that I don't live in Florida.........or on any coast. Just sayin'

It sure looks to be a monster. Cat 4, heading for Cat 5

The latest tracks I saw make me wonder if it could swing south of the entire peninsula (from our lips to Your ears....)? But the track history they showed do display an erratic path so far, so doubt they will update the track much over the next 24 hours...

The roads leaving the affected area are jammed with traffic. They should make it possible to leave on the empty going into the area lanes (at least partially) on the freeways. And make sure there is fuel at the fuel pumps. People need to evacuate.

There are always people that wait till the last minute or choose to stay. I can not say that I have not been one of those.
