That is why we load vehicles slowly onto trailers.

Guy acted like he needed a running start to make it up.

I could definitely be mistaken but I believe the truck was not running and so it did need a "running start" to make it up.

That may be correct. The narrator was saying something about how they couldn't pull it up or something. Hard to understand him at the beginning though.

yeah he said they tried using a come-along and it didnt work.

Bear in mind, I'm not saying they did it the right way but at least this wasn't their "go-to" idea. They should've just got a winch or hooked a tow rope and pulled it up.

Yup. Block the wheels on the trailer and run a chain over the trailer to the tow vehicle. Works well. Ask me how I know.........

There is a much longer uncut version of that incident. It was entertaining. Many years ago, so I can't recall how to find it. Nice post.

People never fail to amaze me. You'd think after the trailer started moving someone would have backed up and rethought the whole setup.

I see no failure at all in these guys actions. They did, regardless of how briefly, manage to load the car. Then very effectively and efficiently unloaded it using pure out of the box thinking.
