    Texas!
Any of the Tabasco products, depending on what's cooking!

Original Tabasco got me through many cans of C-rats and beanie-weenies while in the field and on foreign soil!

Tabasco, Cholula, Krystal, Tiger sauce. Like West Texas said, It depends on what's cooking. I've had some crazy hot sauce and it is great for the burn, but typically doesn't enhance flavor.
Try a bunch of them. Hell I think I got 10-12 in the pantry now.

I also have a number of sauces in the pantry
The Specs Liquor Store near Downtown Houston has a great selection in the deli department.

A pantry much like mine. I have this neighbor who makes her own. I have wild habaneros growing in my back yard and she hooks me up when I pick them and give them to her. The stuff she makes puts Buffalo Wild Wing Blazin' to shame...

I always liked Panola Pepper Sauce, but I don't think you can buy it anymore. It's not all that hot, but tastes good. I also like that Asian sauce with the rooster on it.
