don't panic. One is fine. It's about timing.If not, it's basically too late for a plan B. We've got the on-site grill and people bringing gas. Fingers crossed it'll work. If not, we can pull the grate off the onsite grill, prop it up on some bricks, light a bag of charcoal under it, and cook on the ground. I've done it more than once.
ETA - Did some thinking. Yeah, I've cooked on the ground plenty of times but I'd sure hate for someone to have to do it this time.
