Well shit, the online dealer I ordered from just called me to tell me that even though their site showed the TRPO in stock, it is not. And now I can't find the damn thing in stock anywhere. Fock!

Rolled the dice on a Taurus for a new compact pewer. I've had three other Taurus handguns and they always ran well with no issues but the 1st gen of tbisbpistol had some pretty big problems. The G2 model is supposed to be good to go. My brother bought one and I shot it a few times and decided I wanted one.

Thinking about doing a form 1 to make it an AOW, but with the new 41F rule in place it would suck to have to engrave my name on it. :banghead:

Haha...love the "murdered out" look. Nothing sexier than some honest wear.

Ain't honest wear. Saw him sliding that in and out of a kydex holster for hours on the way to Hicksville just to get it to that point.

On a side note, been seeing too many railed 1911's recently. I need one in my life. Eventually.

They're nifty. And common enough now that holsters are much easier to find.

I bought a PT1911AR years ago and loved it. At that time finding a light bearing holster for that gun was nearly impossible. I had to get an Israeli holster for it for a KYDEX one at the time.

Great pistol but I rarely carried the light on it. 1911s already weigh a ton without sticking a light on the front. But I wouldn't mind having another PT1911 in the gun safe.
