I have some Grado SR60 headphones I got back in 2004. First problem developed last week with a crack in the "Gimbal" and the headphone kept falling out.
Sent their customer service a picture of the headphones and a copy of the online receipt I had in the archives of my email. Less than 24 hrs later they're sending me a new part without any hassle at all.
I'd bought from an authorized retailer and that helped a bunch. Not like I paid a fortune for these either $60.00 in 2004 money.
