The APX A1Carry is the worst Beretta I have ever owned, a true piece of junk in my estimation and I currently own about ten Beretta pistols. Do yourself a favor and buy a different Beretta.

This is just my take.

I think Beretta excels at DA/SA pistols and are arguably the best in the business. I own three and love them all. Striker fired just ain't their forte. I had a Nano for a short period and didn't care for it and traded it for a wheel gun.

Although my oldest son owns an APX and absolutely loves it, though that was his choice for a graduation present and doesn't have a lot of experience with other pistols.

Why is it such a turd?

The trigger was absolutely horrendous. Some other things too like needing a tool, to field strip (as oppsoed to detail strip) and the grip was not to my liking. More here on my opinion of the APX A1 carry: https://ballseyesboomers.blogspot.com/search?q=apx.

I own 10 Berettas right now, have owned several others. I like the ones I have very much, likewise for those I had but I sold. I was shocked at how cheap the APX A1 Carry seemed coming from Beretta. I guess almost all manufacturers have their cheapos nowadays though.
