Golden Tiger or Ulyanovsk ammo for AK-47?

both are cheap....both work...buy the one that is cheaper. we are talking about shooting in an AK right? They eat any and everything.

I'd go with the Golden Tiger, Ulyanovsk seems to have had some "safety issues" at its factory in the past...

Vympel, where GT is made, is one of the newest ammunition factories in Russia (that is, unless they had to rebuild Ulyanovsk! ). Vympel claims it maintains its "cutting edge reputation" by "remaining the most up to date enterprise among cartridge plants in Russia!"

But GT does has a reputation of being decent ammo that offers pretty good accuracy at a fairly low price!

Thanks for the tip. If Copes does not charge tax, I would have saved $10.57 over cheaperthandirt (about 10%).
