You'd be right. It's a pic of Gabe demonstrating the NPE with the Sig P290RS.I'd bet that's not you in the photo!

It is a thin grip, but damn if it don't feel just right.43 is too skinny. I like em a little thicker, if you know what I mean.
The shield is great, especially with an apex sear in it. And if you want more power, you can get it in 40. At a $100 cheaper it is a no brainer.43 vs 26
Shield vs 43

In the market for a pocket pistol/smaller gun. I'm loyal to the Glock 9mm platform. Already have a 17 and 19. Looking at either (or both) the 26 or 43. Save me the buy a 1911/m&p/xd type talk. Looking for a comparison or thoughts from anyone who has EDC'd either of these pistols. What holster options do you use?
I carry a 19 in the sticky made for the 26.got a 26 originally for carry but felt like it was too fat. I currently carry a glock 43, that little extra slimness makes a big difference. I use a sticky holster with my glock 43. I decided to try one with the 26, and it turns out the 26 was actually fine to carry with the sticky holster IWB. I still prefer to carry the 43.
I use taran tactical +2 mag extenders for the 43 to get the capacity to 8+1. They are pricey but good to hold me over until glock comes out with larger mags.
neither one is comfortable for pocket carry except in a coat. I had a kahr cm9 which was the limit for pocket carry for me.
im 5 9, 165 so not huge.

Keeps the grip a bit taller so you can draw easier.
Nope, not even close on the sticky or remora no clip holsters.Doesn't that leave the trigger exposed?
How can the grip be higher in the holster without the trigger being more exposed?
YeppersPic helps, but you saw my post, right?

and have only drawn the pistol with the holster still attached one time. Quick flick of the wrist sent the holster flying, and all was good.
