I don't have a lot of details at this time just wanted to see how many people may be interested in a GB effort on some LPKs for AR-15s...

Basic plan would be prepayment to the shop via cash or postal money order... Credit cards at discretion of shop but may incur additional fees for using them (don't know on that yet)

Pickup would be also at the shop, shipping maybe considered at additional charge... (Probably $6.00 for flat rate S&H)

Perhaps even two price points carry out or installed

The above stuff is a highly likely event to actually happen, the below stuff is a possibility... but more of a brainstorming effort at this point. It would be like a Wine of the Month Club only you would get gun parts a little bit at a time... perhaps save a little cash and have a REALLY nice custom AR saving on shipping costs from the GB also.

Looking at possibilities of having upgrades on a GB of the month for AR items so that folks that are interested in a self built or assembled AR could get in on the GB of the month or two months keeping the purchases spread out a little but with a plan...

If this works out it would be a very possible ongoing thing so that people could follow along but anyone could jump in at any month since they would be rotating GB's no matter what month you get in first you just have to go whatever amount of cycles there are to have a complete AR...

Possible examples of a GB cycle would be

GB 1: Lower Receiver Cost: $110 out the door and up depending on variables.

GB 2: Lower Parts Kits Cost: $65-up depending on brand

GB 3: Upgrade kit 1 Cost: $80 (would include KNS PB Take Down Pin, KNS PB Pivot Pin, KNS Anti-rotational trigger pins, Olympic Allen head grip screw, Tubb trigger springs)

GB 4: Buttstock Cost: $65-up DOB

GB 5: Stripped Upper Receiver Cost: ???

GB 6: Bolt carriers Cost: DOB (possible two options for pricing depends chrome or regular)

GB 7: Upgrade kit 2 Cost: ??? (would include things like upgraded springs for extractor, ejector, buffer spring, Accuwedge, KNS Perma-Pin, etc...)

    GB 8: Barrel

    GB 9: Front hand guard/grip

GB 10: Sights package for A3 uppers front/rear set

GB 11: Upgrade kit 3 Cost: ??? (would include hard chrome DPMS parts for trigger, hammer, disconnector, ejection port door/pin, forward assist, mag release, mag release button, bolt catch)

GB 12: who knows, Cerakote package maybe?

GB 1: Lower Receiver Cost: $110 out the door and up depending on variables.

That's competitive for a quality lower, if you are an FFL and transfer is included

GB 2: Lower Parts Kits Cost: $65-up depending on brand

If it's DPMS or better, $60 is my upper limit.

GB 4: Buttstock Cost: $65-up DOB

UTG CARs are plentiful at $49.95

GB 5: Stripped Upper Receiver Cost: ???

$90 seems to be easy to find

GB 6: Bolt carriers Cost: DOB (possible two options for pricing depends chrome or regular)

Under $120 plain, under $150 chrome
