Yep! Texas has a gator season now.
hmm well...
so we can lure one out of the water and shoot it, or drag one out by means of gigs and cable or tethered arrows and dispatch it there.
i was kindof hoping to jump one dundee style with a big ol kabar
any thoughts ont he best place for this? im htinking if we plan on using or guns we need to find a good spot in a non-core county.

Y'all plan a trip I'll do as I said.
I'll keep camp and mind the beer, y'all bring up the gator and I'll cook it up for ya Cajun style!!!!
I'll have some Andouille & Boudin sausage made for the trip.
Maybe a little gator etouffee with Creole cornbread or fried gator on a stick - Mmmmmm!!!!
I use to have a very dear friend that was a Coonass and owned a Creole resturaunt in Hurst Texas for a few years. I turned too in the kitchen many nights for free meals.

Oh yeah, you loose a arm I'm a pretty good vet too - stitch ya right up with some 10lbs test and a rusty needle.

Most of the ones that frequent the rice canal through my place are small

Well, they obviously knew he wuz already dead.....Aggies ain't the brightest bulb on the string, but even THEY woulda been smart 'nuff ta send a tea-sip in first if there wuz any doubt!
