I have a son-in-law like this with a specialized engineering degree. 2 Masters, early 30s, no experience and only wants to work at 3 possible companies nationwide (some rocket engineering stuff). Working on his PHD now so he can teach. I call him a professional student.

Have designed their pick up trucks....so as the cab needs to be removed to change spark plugs or fuel injectors....and cars have gumber bands driving the oil pump....along with a 37 speed "yupOslushOmatic" transmission. (Have driven cross country a couple times...in vehicles equipped with "three on the tree"...never thought I needed another 34 gears...
