I've seen pictures of stuff like this, and have read stories of things like this, but I know when I went in for my MRI, there were plenty of metal objects in the room, mostly items that were part of the room itself. Light switch covers, ceiling tile grids, grid hangers, metal handles on cabinets, etc.
I guess it's more of a directional thing?

Sure you can, you just need a magnet made of brass.Umm.... ya do realize not all metal is magnetic don't ya? Aluminum, some stainless steel alloys, and many other metals aren't affected by a magnet.
It's why ya can't pick your brass up with a magnet.

I once did independent event videos. At events where alcohol was served, I would join in. When asked, I would just say my company had a very liberal alcohol policy.
