Dude! I picked up a load of hot sauce at the Tabasco plant in New Iberia and, because they were short staffed, the dock boss comped me a tour and a great lunch in their restaurant. The tour included tastings of whatever sauces you were courageous or stupid enough to try. They have dozens of sauces, marinades, dressings and chili seasoning packages, ranging from bland to shitfire. I did little paper cup shooters all the way up the Scoville chart to the fire roasted habanero; that's where it got real. After that was ghost pepper- one drop of that satisfied my curiosity for the rest of my life. My favorite one was the sweet heat.

My whiteness glows when the sauce hits habanero levels.
