I know it's a meme but I'm mystified as to what the people who did the "customization" were trying to accomplish. First thing that comes to mind is massive car audio but those guys usually care what the thing looks like when they finish, that thing makes the ratty-ist rat rod look like a beautiful piece of art. Maybe he's planning on turning his grocery getter into a self propelled Miller portable welder?
