The problem with Bayh is he did nothing to alleviate the situation. I am glad he is leaving, maybe someone with a backbone and a belief in the U.S.
Constitution will replace him. Bayh may have been a moderate but he did not have the jeuvos to go against obama, pelosi and reid.
