I'm betting those are pre-ban posts -Why is it that people I know that have been banned, don't show up as such.
Only posting here because there are 2 on this page?

The holster or the P-01 SDP?How ya like the CZ Product?
Right now if I was going to purchase a 9mm, Sig would probably be on the top of my list! I mostly carry a .45 Colt Defender or a .357 mag. S&W 640.
Good carry choices Charlie. I also carry a 357 concealed. I figure if the any $hit goes down the noise alone will scare them off!!Right now if I was going to purchase a 9mm, Sig would probably be on the top of my list! I mostly carry a .45 Colt Defender or a .357 mag. S&W 640.
Huh? What's you say? Couldn't hear ya!Good carry choices Charlie. I also carry a 357 concealed. I figure if the any $hit goes down the noise alone will scare them off!!
This is a link to the "Hip Grip" type of "holster" (not really a holster). I've had a couple and have used them for 25 yrs. Very comfy and almost impossible to be seen. "Hip Grip" is now out of business (owner retired) but there are other brands out there that Google can find.Good carry choices Charlie. I also carry a 357 concealed. How good? High end, cheapo, or mid-grade?lookin for some good holsters for a 1911
I went back and looked at something I posted previously...This is a link to the "Hip Grip" type of "holster" (not really a holster). I've had a couple and have used them for 25 yrs. ...and, sure enough, the Hip Grip is no more, with that link being dead. That's too bad since it was available for K frames. While the DeSantis Clip Grip is available for J-frames only, the Barami Hip Grip is available for J and K frames, both square and rounded, as well as several other brands of revolver. If you want something that looks nicer, the Collins Lip Grip is the same concept but in prettier materials at a higher cost.
Personally, I prefer the feel of the Clip Grip but that may just be my familiarity. I like the way it conforms to the generic Boot Grip profile, filling in behind the trigger guard a bit. I've never used the Hip Grip for more than a few rounds but my impression was that it needed the addition of a Tyler T-grip to fill in behind the trigger guard and to be comfortable. I've never even seen a Lip Grip.

Nice setup. I just traded mine last weekend for a P365. Those eBay holsters are basically the same as customs ones, just made by someone in bulk for ebay. They work great.I have a few ccw. Today I am carrying a p320 subcompact. Holster is a cheap one with good reviews that I picked up from eBay. My belt is cole haan feather edge.
For concealed carry in summer I generally prefer short grip guns. To me a short grip is essential to avoid printing or accidentally revealing my gun, while a short barrel is not really important unless you are talking about over 5”. When I wear a jacket I may carry some full size or commander size.
My hostel works fine, despite being cheap. Enough friction to keep the gun there but not too much for me to pull it out fast. The clip feels solid.
The belt. To be honest I did not realize that people were making gun carry belt until recently my dealer (ffl) was taking about his bad experiencing about going cheap on belts. So far the belt is working well. Does not look like a tactic belt but holds my gun tight. I have ordered some carry belt and will have some better idea later.

what holster do you use for your defender? I've had one for awhile but haven't carried it (yet).Right now if I was going to purchase a 9mm, Sig would probably be on the top of my list! I mostly carry a .45 Colt Defender or a .357 mag. S&W 640.
I love this holster from El Paso Saddlery, I think I bought it from Midway for around $60. The magazine holder is from DeSantis.lookin for some good holsters for a 1911
