    It's the same as it was. $50 for them to certify your docs and run the autofill on the eforms site. Only difference now is you have to go to an engraver after your approval comes back.
    You always were supposed to have it engraved as you made and registered it.

    My very first SBR was done old school on my trust, and was engraved.

    People brought up the brace rule. The brace rule didn't have the engraving requirement.

    To whom it may concern, Capitol Armory in Cedar Park does same-day engraving for $50. It's small, legible, and they'll consult with you where it could/should go.

    It might be my best bet. Did I read while yo wait? Does the lower need to be disassembled?
    Yes, walk-ins welcome. If your traveling, I'd call first to confirm the day of.

    I haven't had to disassemble anything I've brought in but doesn't hurt to confirm with them.
