Do everything the PT tells you to do and you'll get there. You can't cut corners and get much improvement.

That's good news! That means there's hope for you. Still got those prayers going for you. Hang in there, progress might be a little slow at first, don't get discouraged.

Do what they tell you and do exercises in-between visits. Progress may seem slow at first but it will speed up as you go along.
Therapy really helped me after my broken femur. My wife gets therapy twice a week and an occasional nurse visit to mostly re-evaluate her for more therapy. All stemming from her 1996 car wreck.
