acautionary tal don't be like axxe55don't be at risk for a stroke get your bloodpressure checked along with your blood sugar quit smoking iwas diagnosed being pre-diabetic overthirty years ago but i ignored it have had high blood pressure for almost twenty years smokedlike freight train for over55 years allof which were factors that probably led to me having a stroketake care of your helth and please don't have a strokei was ver lucky because my stroke coul have killed me or left me permently paralyzedbeing honest having the stroke scared the shit out of me ihave never been helpless in my life and having todepend on others to take care of me but that is where the strike left me helpless and dependent on others

Once you get all of your words a little closer together, you know, without the gaps between them, Then we'll know your mind is back to normal. .

I've been a member here for 9 years now, and can say that most of the people here are the best folks I have ever met and consider myself very lucky to be able to call them friends.
