The standard "rebuttal" from the left will be to parse words in the First Amendment and state blithely that "it can't be censorship because it's not part of a law from Congress". And they'll pretend it's perfectly fine for administrative agencies that don't appear anywhere in the Constitution to grab and abuse power like this since it's not specifically prohibited.
